Conwy County Borough Council has matured into an organisation that is committed to the improvement of services delivered to its residents and visitors. It recognises the importance of its staff and wishes to develop the expertise of that staff to turn its objectives into reality through measured planning that produces tangible benefits.
The pressures on the authority will continue into the foreseeable future and that is why we are looking to recruit able professionals who will make a significant contribution to our corporate goals and not be afraid to challenge the norm and be innovative. Anyone ready to take that challenge will have my full support.
Conwy is a wonderful place to live and work. It is in the centre of North Wales, is surrounded by stunning countryside and coastline and yet is only an hour away from the vibrant North West of England.
